How much is attendee registration?
Attendee registration is FREE for The National Chocolate and Dessert Show (TRADE) to qualified trade professionals. All you need to do is be a business owner or part of the chocolate or dessert industry and have a business card. Onsite registration is $75.
How do I obtain my badge?
Badges will be mailed or credentials can be picked up at the Attendee Registration counters on site. There is a $75 replacement fee for lost badges.
May I bring a guest?
Guests must be accompanied by a registered trade attendee. Guest fee is $25 per person.
What kind of vendors will be there?
Distributors or manufacturers of chocolate product, equipment, packaging, IT, ingredients, supplies, POP, displays, apparel & uniforms and publications & education.
May I register on-site on the day of the show?
Yes. But the cost is $75 therefore we strongly suggest you register early and online where registration is FREE.
May I attend the Chicago Fine Chocolate and Dessert Show (consumer show next door)?
Yes. All trade attendees and exhibitors may attend the consumer show. Your ID badge will allow entry to both shows. Consumer show exhibitors may attend the trade show. However, no consumers will be allowed in the trade show.
Is there an additional fee to attend the cooking demonstrations or conference sessions?
No and yes! There is no charge to attend some trade conferences all you need to do is show up with your ID badge. However come early as these conferences are on a first come first served basis and seating is limited. Advanced registration for conference sessions is strongly encouraged. You may attend some consumer conferences/seminars also at no charge.
May I register the day of the show?
Yes. Registration can be paid by major credit card, company check or cash. The fee for onsite registration to the show is $75.
