The National Chocolate & Dessert Show is thrilled to announce the first-ever Chocolate and Dessert Innovation (CADI) Awards. This competition celebrates the industry’s most outstanding products, services, and technologies in a completely unique platform recognizing companies and organizations that have made exceptional contributions to the chocolate and dessert industry.


An expert panel of judges will evaluate entries in four categories:

Best Sustainable Product

Best Flavor Profile

Best Technology
